📌 Refund Policy

1. Single Lesson

 

• Full refund is available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the lesson.

• No refund will be given for cancellations within 24 hours of the lesson or for no-shows.

 

 

2. Lesson Packages (5, 10 lessons, etc.)

 

• Refunds are possible within 7 days after the first lesson for unused lessons.

• The cost of any completed lessons will be deducted from the refund.

• No refund will be given after 7 days from the first lesson.

 

 

3. Teacher’s Cancellation

 

• If the teacher cancels a lesson, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

 

 

4. Additional Information

 

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method, and transaction fees may be deducted.

• Refund processing may take 3–7 business days.
