본 사이트는 온라인 한국어 수업 예약 및 결제 서비스를 제공합니다.

This website provides online Korean lesson booking and payment services.

 

 

2. 회원가입 및 계정 (Membership & Accounts)

 

 

회원은 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 계정 관리에 대한 책임은 회원 본인에게 있습니다.

Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for managing their own accounts.

 

 

3. 수업 예약 및 결제 (Booking & Payment)

 

 

모든 수업 예약은 결제 완료 후 확정됩니다. 환불은 환불정책에 따릅니다.

All bookings are confirmed after payment. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

 

 

4. 이용자의 의무 (User Responsibilities)

 

 

  • 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 부적절한 언행을 해서는 안 됩니다.

  • 계정을 제3자와 공유하거나 부정 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

  • Users must not infringe others’ rights or engage in inappropriate behavior.

  • Accounts must not be shared or misused.

 

 

 

5. 운영자의 권리 (Rights of the Operator)

 

 

운영자는 필요 시 서비스 내용을 변경하거나 이용자의 계정을 제한·삭제할 수 있습니다.

The operator may modify services or restrict/delete user accounts if necessary.

 

 

6. 면책 조항 (Disclaimer)

 

 

  • 불가항력(천재지변, 시스템 장애 등)으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

  • 운영자는 제3자 서비스(PayPal, Wix, KG Inicis 등) 사용 과정에서 발생하는 문제에 대한 직접적 책임을 지지 않습니다.

  • We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures).

  • We are not directly responsible for issues arising from third-party services (PayPal, Wix, KG Inicis, etc.).

 

 

 

7. 준거법 (Governing Law)

 

 

본 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따릅니다.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
